The Harbor Line District is a vibrant mixed-use development designed to foster community and connectivity along the river. Featuring shipping container-styled units, the project offers affordable and unique accommodations for workers. Anchored by a bustling water taxi terminal, it seamlessly integrates essential services like a police station and 24-hour convenience store for residents and visitors alike. A restaurant with panoramic river views provides a social hub, while thoughtfully designed communal spaces encourage interaction between tourists and locals. The design creates a dynamic waterfront destination that balances functionality, security, and leisure.

URBAN EXCHANGE

This community space was designed to transform a neglected lot into a vibrant market hub that fosters community and supports local entrepreneurship. Designed with an inviting open-air layout, the market features modular stalls that can be easily adapted for small businesses, creating a dynamic environment where vendors sell everything from handmade crafts to fresh produce. With lush greenery, colorful murals, and communal seating areas, the space not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the area but also encourages social interaction among residents and commuters alike. This architectural project serves as a catalyst for economic growth while nurturing a sense of belonging, making it a cherished destination for both locals and visitors.
